The Secret to Flat Abs
Using your body as resistance, The Secret to Flat Abs, a Pilates Mat based workout, is a series of exercises that challanges coordination and the muscles or the body with an emphasis on the core and back. Once Pilates Matwork is learned the workout is very convenient and can be done anywhere. The class is limited to ten participants.

The Secret to Flat Abs, Toned Arms, Thighs & Buns
The Secret to Flat Abs, Toned Arms, Thighs & Buns classes are done with small pilates equipment that adds resistance to your routine and can correct muscular imbalances better than a matwork routine would. Sculpting and Toning classes are limited to ten participants. Using BOSU, foam rollers, stability balls, flex bands and toning balls for added resistance The Secret to Flat Abs, Toned Arms, Thighs & Buns classes are more of a challange to the neuromuscular system while applying all of the principles of the Pilates Mat workout. The Secret to Flat Abs, Toned Arms, Thighs & Buns classes are the next step in a well-rounded Pilates program.

Group Reformer, Tower & Chair
Group Reformer, Tower and Chair workouts are designed to introduce students to the large Pilates equipment in a class situation. It is ideal for total body conditioning, increasing strength and flexibility simultaneously while increasing abdominal and back strength. Springs add variable resistance and create the ultimate challange in maintaining the principles of Pilates. You'll learn the secrets of the Pilates Reformer, perform a variety of Pilates exercises that you've never done before while building long, lean muscles. Your metabolism will get a boost and your energy will soar after taking this class.
Classes are limited to four participants.
Prerequisites: To join a Group Reformer, Tower or Chair class you must complete a private consultation with a Pilates Sarasota instructor to learn the principles of Stott Pilates and to learn the specifics of the Group Reformer, Tower & Chair workouts. You may join a class upon the recommendation of your instructor. Group classes are not ideal for those clients with injuries or other special considerations.

Pole Dance Fitness - Beginners Course
The Beginner Course will meet one day a week for 6 weeks on Sundays from 2-3:30 pm. Specific moves and fundamentals will be focused on in each class. Strength building exercises will be included to help you build and gradually strengthen the muscles you will be using for future spins, tricks and poses. By the end of the 6-weeks, you will begin to learn how to get both feet off the floor and perform pole sits and thigh holds! Classes are held Sundays from 2-3:30 PM. Pole Dance Fitness - Teaser Class
Teaser Classes are 90 minutes long and serve as an introduction to Pole Fitness. Class begins with a warm up consisting of mobility and pulse raising exercises followed with prep stretches to get you ready to "Get your sexy on." You'll learn a routine made up of 10 sultry moves that take you from the floor to the pole - you'll even learn 2 spins on the pole! Inside-Out Bootcamp
The Inside-Out Bootcamp will have you working hard for the best results, but this is not a military training regime. You will be encouraged and motivated in the supportive environment of a group class while enjoying the benefits of Pilates Core based movement. Along with a fully structured program, you will be given support for the time outside of the sessions, and each week the level of the program will be progressed. This makes our bootcamp the closest thing to personal training without the high cost.
